Brush test

Sheesh, it's been two weeks since my last post. I won't make up any excuses, it's unforgivable. This is just a small post but something newer anyway.
I dug up this brush that I had bought over ten years ago along with two others which I've been actually using. But this one was more expensive at the time and I guess it got buried in the drawers while I was saving it to be used for something better...So I popped it and used it for this quick doodle :) Brush is a really nice but darn difficult so I need to practice a bit in the future.

Croquis time once again

Thought that it would be about time to start using titles in my posts :) I also updated the layout for the blog to make it's contrast a little bit more eye-friendly. I'll probably customize it a bit further at some point...I'm gonna label and organize stuff too.
And here are again some life drawings from today. Quite a different mentality when drawing with a pen (a cheap fountain pen) when compared to a brush(pen).

The horror genre is one of the most inspirational genres for me. I think I will do a "traditional" horror story at some point.
This little sketch seems to be inspired by Jack The Ripper or similar.

Doodling again or should I say doodoo. Trying different feels(styles?) with black&white lines. I'm looking for it, gimme a call...
